- What does Monoblock mean?
‘Monoblock’ refers to the housing in which the piston operates. The Blue Diamond Breaker housing is one piece, so it doesn’t use 4 tie-rods to hold it together like the majority of other brands. Tie-rods are notorious for stretching and breaking, causing mass destruction to the tool. - Do I really not need to adjust the flow and pressure of my machine?
Yes, as long as you are operating a breaker on the right size host machine. Industry-leading technology components will control incoming and outgoing flows to specified amounts. - What are the sleeves inside the Monoblock for?
The sleeves are there to protect the Monoblock in the event of piston damage, and if damaged, they are cheap and simple to replace. The very few brands that use Monoblock technology now do not use sleeves, so a repair could cost almost as much as the breaker. - Do I have to re-gas when servicing?
No, the accumulator can be removed as an assembly and not be disturbed; the energy recovery system keeps it from needing to be topped up! - In order to have my 3-year warranty honored, do I have to have it serviced by a dealer regularly?
No, unless it develops an oil leak, do not take it apart at all, just grease it and use it!

I can honestly say that our 30 ton skid steers.com splitter is probably our best investment yet. As a small, family owned firewood business, it has really sped up the process for us. We no longer have to struggle to move large rounds. It has no problems splitting thru rounds of any species. For boiler wood, it can make the perfect size pieces. For our firewood, we tend to split smaller so we will drop the pieces next to our smaller splitter. For the amount of wood we split each year with it, it has not let us down yet.

Blue Diamond Low Flow Severe Duty Brush Cutter - This thing is a beast!
Using the Severe Duty Cutter with a Cat 289D Low Flow and this thing is a beast. We used it to cut down and mulch up trees from 4" to 6" in diameter. This was for lot clearing to building future multi-family housing. It knocked everything down and chewed it up. Very happy with the performance of this unit.
